Parivara & Tu accepts all major credit cards. At the time of checkout, you will also see the option to use PayPal if you prefer. The full payment is due before your products are shipped. Once you've paid, you should receive a confirmation email with your invoice. 

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


We absolutely allow for returns-- we want you to be happy with your purchase! 

We hope you love our products as much as we do! Remember, each product is individually hand crafted and small imperfections in color, pattern or size are only delightful reminders of the craftsmanship done entirely by hand. We kindly ask that you request the return in writing within 10 days after receipt. Please reach out via our contact form or email us at contactus@parivaratu.com and we will provide the return details and address. Once a refund is confirmed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

We value your feedback and would love nothing more than to hear ways in which we can improve. Please don’t hesitate to tell us your thoughts and suggestions!

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactus@parivaratu.com and we will make sure the issue is resolved.





We know you are eager to receive your new products! Orders are shipped as soon as possible upon receipt, meaning you can expect it to be shipped no more than 2-4 business days after the order is placed. Most packages are shipped via USPS and estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Fun fact: your packaging is wrapped with love and we want it to feel and look like you're receiving a present-- because you deserve the very best!

Cost of Shipping:

Shipping is always a flat rate of $6.95! Meaning, regardless of how large your order is, you will always be paying that same flat rate. So feel free to go and add that scarf, cushion or piece of pottery you've been wanting! 

We absorb the cost of sales tax! Yep, that's right-- we pay that for you! Our goal is to try and keep the "unexpected" prices you see at checkout as low as possible.

International Shipping:

At this time, Parivara & Tu does not ship internationally. We plan for this to change in the future. If you are an international friend and would like to inquire about this, please feel free to contact us.



Product Care:

Scarves: hand wash separately in cold water.

Cushions: spot wash with mild soap and cold water. 

Pottery: hand wash with mild soap and water, not microwave or dishwasher safe.
